Answer: There are 3 possible reasons
Camera provides temporary hotspot (MVXXXXXXXX); This is only for WiFi setup propose, It can’t be use for watching live. If the phone is connected to camera hotspot it will go offline after some time.If you are using mobile hotspot to provide internet then make sure the mobile hotspot is always near the camera.WiFi Range- Ideal Installation Location is within 15-20 Feet (with no interference) from WiFi Device. It’s HD video camera and needs high quality WiFi network & high internet speed.

Nice product, works better than as described. Easy installation with zero technical knowledge. Working well so far, including the night vision.However be careful, IT IS A CHINESE PRODUCT, NOT made in India, as claimed. Therefore, usage in confidential places not recommended

1-Ai feature human detection is paid2-most features is paid only , u can only use this for real time watching no other options3-amazon refused to retun the item4-recording time is not indian , it is very difficult to retrieve the recordings, even if u use contionous recordings, automatic recording for human derection is paid for this price other cameras provid ai detection5-annoyings ads will play every time u open the app,6- the product is a china, serious concern with privacy

Pros: it’s really work great no issue till now.. it’s been one week I’m using it no issues so far ..Cons: it doesn’t fit to all kind of b22 bulb holder eventhough it b22 camera bulbIf it’s outside far away from router it disconnected sometime better to keep near to router (no issues if wall present)Updating after 2 month of use.. the motor has stopped working now it cannot work on 360 degree 😒 it can be only use on still camera.. i called for warranty but it cannot be done now it seems.. will update if any update comes for the warranty.
