Useless phone. Very poor battery, ear piece not working, speaker not working properly for outgoing calls, poor quality keypad

Shopping box is no damage and mobile box also good but, inside the box mobile got damage of screen it is got cracks. So please replace the product.

Bad keypad
Keypad is too bad. Didnt serve my purpose of using as a non-smart phone with whatsapp. Connects to Wi-Fi and has a hotspot. Picking up calls is difficult as phone screen appears frozen when a sudden call comes .
