This make setting my PhotoBooth really easy. It is strong and it work as it seems. The price is a little high but it worth it. You can add plate or clamps if you’re on a tight budget. It has the option to lock and unlock.

So this WILL hold a Nikon D850. It WILL mount one plate to a tripod for convertible and easy quick release. I will likely stock all my tripods with this extra head.What it WON’T do is tragic. The 3/4 hole is only on the bottom plate not the top one that goes on to your camera. Meaning if you want to put it on a non quick release tripod you have to unscrew it from your camera which defeats the point. If they added a second hole under the initial screw so you NEVER had to take off the plate it’d be perfect. Unfortunately, it’s still inconvenient unless you only have 1 tripod or stock them on any tripod you have which for the price is kind of ☠️
