I used all four of my Nikon lenses (two with AF and two with MF) with this adapter. Of course, all of them were in manual focus and the camera wasn’t able to read information about the aperture or zoom, but it was able to see if the image was in focus.I used it with Sony A6400. The MF was set automatically after attaching it. The focus picking mode was activated automatically and showing me areas in focus. The aperture info was not available (F0.0) but the meter could see the light and adjust the shutter and ISO accordingly.

Good piece of kit that fits well to both the camera body of my NEX 5N and the Nikon DX lenses. Well machined aluminium body and feels nice to hold. Very solid. Unfortunately I had ordered the model without the adjustable aperture as I was under the impression the Nex 5n was able to manage this. Unfortunately this isn’t to case for the this particular camera without a Sony lense attached. Therefore it is important to ensure you order the correct model or if in doubt just go for the one with the adjustment feature built in. Without it you can only take pictured in bright lighting situations.

Horrible adaptor, dark rings left around images. Lose quality of images and the ISO/Shutter definitely does not work with it. I do not recommend purchasing.I bought this because I have more Nikon lenses currently than my Sony and wanted to be able to interchange. But again, I highly recommend NOT buying this one.
