    Updated to 5 Stars – Great phone, even better support!Initially rated this phone 3 stars due to frequent Wi-Fi disconnection issues that required toggling airplane mode or restarting the phone to reconnect. Since the issue appeared after 10 days, I thought I was stuck without replacement.However, I was pleasantly surprised by Lava’s customer service. I received a timely email follow-up, and a technician was sent to my home to resolve the issue — a level of support that’s rare in this price range!The phone itself has excellent build quality and features that punch well above its cost. With such responsive and helpful after-sales support, I can now confidently recommend both the Lava Shark and the Lava brand.–‘Phone at this price range is excellent. The reason for 3 star is due frequent wifi disconnect and need to either put on airplane mode or restart to again connect to wifi.Considering this issue was noticed after 10 days, I can’t replace it either.
