Defective item – device not working
I received a defective product, it is not get turn on after 10 days of usage, after that I have received DOA certificate from lenovo, even though I am unable to get refund or replacement or proper response from Amazon side. Device is not working after 10 days, even though I have possible way to get refund, they are not responded properly.

The laptop is new and good but the packaging is very poor and not secure.Amazon applied its sticker on Lenovo’s box and did not provide any extra packing.
