   Item is good, just display no wide angle – return the item – delivery boy / store team scammed
   Laptop overall good performance, speed and memory, ssd,speaker, Webcam etc.,Monitor screen: is not wider viewing angle.Note: In my case , because of screen I have try to return this item,Unfortunately delivery boy return picked successfully but sent the wrong item to the vendor (some old mobile ).Amazon is blaming me (customer)To given the wrong item.I have sent couple mails, and talk to customer service and their investigation team also, no one given the help.They are given not given any answer’s to my questions.Q1.”How the customer send wrong item directly to vendor..?Q2.How the delivery boy accepted the wrong item from customer without checking serials number,status of new laptop.Q3.How the wrong item small old mobile instead of new lennova laptop sent to vendor.Q4. Why Investigation team is not performing full investigation like checking all cc camera putages , serial number etc.,Q5.Why not share the investigation report to customer .I lost my new laptop and Rs.44,972 amount also and suffered 30 day’s. No amazon top management not responded, just simply blamed on me say like sent wrong item, so we are not give your refund.Then I have followed , collected local in my street cc camera puttages and complain cheating case on delivery boy, after that I got my original laptop from delivery boy after 30 days.Concluse:Don’t buy the costly electronic items,If you buy don’t give return.If you want return take the photos and vedio records with delivery boy .Note..very very waste service of Amazon customer service investigation team.They are not performing any investigation, just open the ticket and closings, wasted time.Better go for local police station or consumer forum to file the case immediately .

   Good leptop
   From date of buy the leptop is working smoothly. There is no lag observed for day today work. Display is just okay. The performance is very good. The battery lasts about 4 hr with medium uses. The sound quality is good. I am using USB mouse and the mousepad is not used. In terms of value for money, except the display, it is upto the mark. With same configuration with Intel, it might cost more, but in accordance with my works, it performs extraordinary. Weight is manageable..

   4 rating to product 0 rating to the sellerIssue is with the fake invoice and hence warranty affect which got solved by looping lenovo but zero support from seller.Back to specificationsLaptop is good studdy, slim, good quality.Performance:Good enough, fast, reliable, sometimes AMD process took to much of ram which gives slagging game experience so I need to restart the lappy befor game usually.Display:Screen is good not best, u can sense some colour sharpness is missingCamera webcam:It is average and slightly inclined towards poor camera qualityHardware:So far keyboard and touch pad is good.Had some observations on usb port where my old pendrives and porable hard disk connect disconnected issue when I check this in other laptop it works so this is related to this laptop usb port compatible issue.Sound:Sound quality is average, speaker are not loud enough so yes not that worth

   Laptop is really good for daily task, content consumption, programming and coding battery life is also good 5-6 hours, Speaker is also decent I recommend to use headphones, display quality is decent if someone need a laptop for video editing purposes it’s not for them, the main problem I faced when I get the product I saw that warranty is already claimed and its 6 month remaining on the Lenovo website but not to worry if you upgrade your warranty on Lenovo website give the details of your bill receipt and invoice they can upgrade your warranty to 12 months. My warranty issue resolve within 12 hours you can buy it without any hesitation
