Recently in this year in march I ordered this laptop and haven’t used hardly 5,6 times that too for making ppt or watching YouTube or editing and here its condition,its keys aren’t working properly,T and G aren’t responding, cursor is showing error and what not the blank screen in the middle of anything , I am still in warranty period and it happened and when I raised a service request, without any visit they marked my order completed,no service person came to the rescue,i want replacement

Value for Money
Laptop is excellent for all day-to-day work with excel, browsing, joining meeting, power point activities. No issues with display or sound. Good for basic gaming too. We cant expect gaming with video card as it is not available. Otherwise good for home use.
