This product is best for office calls or meetings, it’s has a best noise cancellation feature, Quality of the product is also fine. Right side mic option and Volume, Mute button is attached over headphone.

Price Efficient, Great Mic and Speaker Quality.
The product is really price efficient. But I have noticed that the mute button doesn’t sync with MS Teams. I hope someone can give me a workaround. The mute button triggers the light lndicator but doesn’t really mute the device.The padding and the quality of the mic is excellent in my opinion.

Not comfortable on head and Poor mic for this cost segment
For ages I have been using different Headset for work from home mode. For hours long a light weight headset is better. Also the Best mic is which recognize your voice better then environment noise and give a Loud and clear audio to the other Party.After a good experience of Logitech H370 , I ordered H540 but with twice the cost it becomes totally disappointment because:1. Not comfortable over the head due to thick design and heavy weight.2. Microphone quality is not average. In calls my Asus Laptop captures better voice of me then the headset . Probably because the mouthpiece is short and noise cancellation is not good.3. Ear muffs from Rexine material are not comfortable.In total a time waste.

The headphone does the job. The shiny plastic exterior feels tacky. The plastic at a few places look and feel flimsy. The noise cancelling mic works well . The mic is a bit on the shorter side. At of 3.9 k, this headphone is fine but not the best at this price point

I am giving 5 stars solely because of the amazing customer support from Logitech. I faced an issue with my H540 headset, but when I took it to the Logitech service center, they replaced it without any questions asked. Their customer support really makes the product worth the money.

As someone who is on headset all day long? This is definitely one you want to be wearing.The memory foam cushioning is excellent, it feels very comfortable against your head.Call quality is good, as expected and I’ve never had a complaint that I can’t be heard.A nice feature is the mic mute button, it has a light on the cable that goes red when the mic is off. On teams, using the headphones mic mute button does not mute or unmute your teams call, something to keep in mind.One improvement I’d suggest would be making the mic arm rotate to both sides of the earphone, this would allow the usb cable to be on either side of you. It’s not a big problem as there is plenty of cable but would be nice.

Was looking for a lightweight headphone replacement with retractable mike and settled on the Logitech High-performance USB Headset H540. It did not disappoint. The fit is comfortable and can be worn for hours without any discomfort. The ear pieces contour well to the ear and angle slightly inward to add to the comfort. The padding is soft, but also allows the ears to breath (not ear encompassing). Ear height to to head arc/rest adjustments are as easy as a slide click away.Sound quality is excellent for gaming, YouTube, podcasts, music, movies, Discord, Zoom, etc. with crisp dynamic range, however, it could use more Bass support. The flip down mic with mute (lighted indicator an added plus) is equally excellent, clear and concise. The fact that the mic can be flipped up and hidden when not in use is a great design. It is very lightweight and not bulky at all. If you want a single ear with and ear free configuration, the left ear can even be positioned off ear without a problem and still be comfortable.Recommended.
