   Dysfunctional strap
   Before I could test the utility, functionality, and beauty of the piece, and it’s value for money, a major issue:THE STRAPThe strap that came along does not hold. It comes off from the wrist so often, no matter how much I try. In walking, in bathroom, in playground,on the bed, I am lucky the watch was retrieved and no damage was done. Holding magnet is weak and the holding pin comes off from the slot. Waited four days patiently before complaining to the company. Told them allvthe required details. The guy understood, but said I need to lodge an official complaint.Anyway, the looks of the strap too are not as elegant as I have expected and paid for.Edit on19 JulyNo redressal to my complaint. Strap gives off more often than earlier. The watch keeps falling with a thud. Surprisingly it is still safe. It is supposed to be a signature model, for an extra cost.I went through the procedures of call ing the company, explaining the details of my problem, filing a written complaint as suggested by them, filled all the boring details such as copy of invoice, photo of the strap, video of how it is falling. The guy said they would send a new strap… alas no action.What is the sanctity of amazon’s return window? As a last resort I tried it two days before the closure of return window. All Amazon does is to give the phone number of the company.Does not this case qualify for a legal redressal through consumer court?Edit 12 SepAfter more than two months of failing to get redressal both from Noise and Amazon, I am throwing the useless fancy strap which doesn’t serve the basic purpose if holdig the watch to the wrist and for which the company charged me more than ₹1000 in the name of ‘signature strap’.I bought a functional strap costing 280 rupees or so, again from also Amazon. Atleast now, I don’t have to lift up the falling watch from the floor, ten times a day.Edit 21 DecFinal StrawBeen having a horrible experience with the functioning of the watch. Erratic display, changing watchfaces at random, suddenly, dwindling battery life, having to charge every two days to twice every day, now IT IS NOT CHARGING ANY MORE!I was over charged( ₹8000) in the first place, had to buy a new strap, now my 8000 rupees( plus the strap cost) have gone down in just 5 months.I do not want to beg either Amazon or the company. By experince I know how they have treated me in this case.

   Good but not for health tracking
   The watch is good if you do not rely on it for health tracking as that is not reliable. The watch counts any type of travel also as steps and that is misleading. So is the O2 Blood count. The BT calling feature is very good and the battery life is also good when compared to other brands. The audio quality is good when you take calls from it. The BT sometimes gets disconnected on its own esp after charging, which is a minor hassle. Battery life is about 1 to 2 with extensive usage of calling. Else comes for a week at least.

   Watch is very insane like from the past 3 years I was using noise colorfit caliber but due to some issue I had upgrade my watchWhen I was ordering this article, I don’t have even any idea that whether the watch I am purchasing is upgraded or downgradeBut definitely it’s an upgradeBt calling, touch response, sensors, brightness etc etc everything are very fineThe only issue is that the battery life with BT calling is reducedLike if you’ll use BT calling for about 2 hrThen you’ll face a major battery drop of about 9 to 10%As the watch is little old, so these things are bearableI’ll not be able to show any pics of the watchBut yes the looks, the strap etc are literally mind-blowingIf you’ll see the watch from a distanceYou’ll not be able to even differentiate whether it is an apple watch or noise watchAt last I want to sayThat if the company is reading this reviewI humbly request you to release an update with some minor or major changes
