Abnormal noise of Hardware from inside the phone
I purchased this phone through Amazon, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Shortly after unboxing, I noticed a hardware noise coming from inside the phone whenever it is shaken — suggesting a possible internal defect or loose component. This raises concerns about the build quality and long-term reliability of the device.Despite reaching out, I received no meaningful support or resolution from either Amazon or the seller. Lack of after-sales service for such an issue is unacceptable, especially for a new device.I do not recommend this product based on my experience. I urge potential buyers to consider other options that come with reliable support and quality assurance.
