Dissatisfied with the product
1. It never is in right orientation to be vertical. It is always inclined on one side.2. Immediately after the first time the adjusting screw was loosened and tightened again, the holder is vibrating and the vibration noise is more than that of a scooty.3. After a few times the grip is not great. My phone fell off from the mount on to the road on a small bump on the road. The phone display was damaged due to the impact of the fall.4. When gripped, the metal ends damaged the phone display and tempered glass.Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else and really sorry to say that this product is going inside thrash bin. I wasted my money on this product.

Phone is vibrating so badly
Mobile is vibrating so badly. And it is automatically rotating 360 degrees die to vibration it have spring mechanism in the back side I think that is the culprit
