    Doesn’t fit the ear. They should have had small. Medium. Large. Bad luck didn’t have the option. Sad

    First headset
    This is by far the worst headset. Note this is not my headset and was provided by my company (brand new) keeps disconnecting frequently. Definitely not made for music and the movie cancellation is rubbish. Even the ceiling fan noise is captured being this expensive. Don’t go for it please

    This is my 3rd Plantronics Legend, I purchased the first one on EBay as I’m in rural VIC. The first one had a problem within the 2 year warranty period, I called Plantronics and they couldn’t be more helpful, the fact I purchased on EBay made no difference. They quickly arranged for the headset to be returned and a replacement was delivered free of charge! The battery of my 2nd one died after around 5 years of daily use! I purchased a similar Jabra headset to try when my 2nd Legend died. That died 3 days after the 12 month warranty and Jabra refused to cover it as I purchased through EBay so they won’t get any recommendations from me!

    These headsets are rubbish! Pay top dollar for garbage. Works well for a week or two the. People can’t hear me clearly when talking on them and volume goes quiet and you can’t hear others… have stupidly owned several of these plantronics devices all garbage!

    Good noise cancellation in general, but sometimes the microphone cuts to lower volume on conference calls requiring disabling the headset to continue the call On Zoom. Takes a while to pair on Bluetooth, which can be time consuming And frustrating

    Goof value for money. Considering others (bought 3 others before) with same price is not even near when it comes to noice cancellation.
