Good quality material but worst product , get off quite frequent in 5-10 minutes being on keeping it on charging. Have to return it and get my refund. No such return policy seen when have checked. Need assistance and help returning the product back and refund.

Fake Product, waste of money
Fake product.. once you out it on mic mode the speaker can work a max of 8 to 10 minutes, even it is fully charge or you are putting it on constant charging.Don’t buy this item at all

Good Product but Battery and Power Issues (Manufacturing Issues)
The product sound quality is good, but I received a defective unit and have requested a replacement. However, the replacement has the same issue — it turns off every 2–3 minutes, and even after a full 5-hour charge, the battery drains from 100% to 10% within 10–15 minutes.
