I bought this product and received a used one. The battery performance was very poor. I requested a return, and the pickup was scheduled for the 10th, but the delivery person only came on the 11th. When he arrived, he questioned me about the return, asking how the product could be used within just 7 hours. Very unprofessional service and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this seller.
