   Highly disappointed with Bass
   OK. So I bought this bluetooth speaker after extensive research and reading several reviews. Based on my research I was convinced with the performance and sound quality of this speaker. However, to my utter disappointment the bass in this speaker is almost zero. I love bass especially for fast disco and DJ type songs with loads of bass. But I must say if you guys happen to listen such songs on this speaker you will be utterly disappointed. The speakes produces bass as if it is making mockery of the song itself. I wanted to return the speaker for this very reason but Amazon made the return process so difficult to almost deny the return at all. Eventually I had to retain the product with heavy heart. Now I and my family generally tend to play soft songs with low to no bass such as bhajans, mantras, ghazals, instrumental etc. Hope you got an idea.Rest everything is very good about it. Look, durability, battery backup, multi media options all are fantastic. If the company had paid due attention to the bass, no other product can beat this speaker for the given price.Before this speaker, I used Bolt bluetooth speaker and I must say they have got excellent bass in their product. But they don’t offer USB port in the bluetooth speaker which is quite disappointing.So in a nutshell, my take is that every company has got something missed in its product which is not worth the money I would like to spend. Hope they listen to my feedback and make improvements in future.

   ഇത്രയും മോശപ്പെട്ട ഒരു പ്രൊഡക്റ്റ് ഇതിന് മുൻപ് ഒരണ്ണമേ ഞാൻ ആമസോണിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങിയിട്ടുള്ളൂ. അത് ഇതേ pTron കമ്പനിയുടെ തന്നെ സ്മാർട്ട് വാച്ച് ആണ്.എൻ്റെ അറിവില്ലായ്മ മൂലവും,കാശ് ലാഭം നേക്കിയുമാണ് ഈ പൊട്ട കമ്പനിയിൽ നിന്നും ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും സാധനം വാങ്ങിയത്.വിലക്കുറവിൽ സാധനം കിട്ടും എന്നുള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് കമ്പനിയുടെ പേര് ഞാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചില്ല. അതു കൊണ്ടാണ് വീണ്ടും ഇതേ കമ്പനിയുടെ തന്നെ സാധനം ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും വാങ്ങിയത്.പുതിയ സ്പീക്കർ വാങ്ങി ഫോണുമായി കണക്ട് ചെയ്തുഒരു സിനിമ കണ്ട ശേഷം സീപ്ക്കർ ഓഫ് ചെയ്യാൻ നോക്കിയിട്ട് ഓഫാക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല.ഓഫ് ബട്ടണിൽ ഞെക്കുമ്പോൾ RGB ലെറ്റ് മാറുന്നതല്ലാതെ സ്പീക്കർ ഓഫ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല.Mode ബട്ടണും വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.FM – Bluetooth- TSM എന്നീ മേഡുകൾ ഉള്ളിടത്ത് ഇപ്പോൾ TSM എന്ന മേഡു മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ.സാധനം കയ്യിൽ കിട്ടി ഓൺ ആക്കി നാലു മണിക്കൂർ കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോഴേക്കും സ്വിച്ചുകൾ എല്ലാം കമ്പ്ലൈന്റ് ആയി.വാറൻ്റിയിൽ സാധനം നന്നാക്കി കിട്ടാനായി കമ്പനി വെബ്സൈറ്റ് വഴി അപേക്ഷിച്ചു(ആമസോണിൽ നിന്നും ഒരു സഹായവും പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കേണ്ട)പിക്കപ്പിനുവേണ്ടി അഡ്രസ്സും കൊടുത്തു. അതിനുശേഷം ഒരു മറുപടിയുമില്ല.ദൈവത്തെ ഓർത്ത് വീണ്ടും പറയുന്നു ഈ കമ്പനിയുടെ സാധനം വാങ്ങരുത്.വാങ്ങിയാൽ ആമസോൺ കമ്പനിയുടെ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്നും ഒരു സഹായവും ഉണ്ടാകില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല.ഒരുതരത്തിലുമുള്ള എക്സ്ചേഞ്ച് നടക്കത്തില്ല.
