    Amazing product, totally worth the price
    I bought this product 2 months ago and I love it. Very easy to install and configure.You just need a good wifi network and plug point (preferably close to your baby’s crib)There is an app which you will need to install from the app store and then you can start using the live cam. The video quality is good (adjustable for low and high as per your network usage), covers the whole room, has built in audio and mic use to talk back and the motion detection feature which gives a immediate notification on you phone is amazing.The audio is not 100% good. It picks up all the surrounding notices aswell. And for the baby cry detection you will have to pay extra and enable it if you want which will also give you option to use the cam on 3 different devices. You can also insert a micro SD to record the video as required.

    Great camera let down by horrible app
    The camera is great for the purpose. Video is high quality in all lighting conditions. Night mode is amazing. The problem is that the only way to use it is through the Quno app. This is the worst app I have ever used, on iOS and Android.1. No way to view the video stream on PC. You can only use the app on your phone.2. The app is slow and heats up your phone. This is the only app I’ve see which heats up even an iPhone.3. The settings in app don’t apply properly to the camera.4. The app is so slow and horrible to use that it takes 5 minutes just to load a recorded video (e.g. when motion was detected).5. Baby crying detection doesn’t work unless you have motion detection on.6. There is no way to get the full recording from the app. You need to take out the SD card (not included) and transfer it to a computer.7. The app keeps crashing every few minutes.8. The app keeps pausing the video every few minutes.Worst part is that they want you to pay a subscription fees after 6 months to continue using the motion detection features! I would have gladly paid if the app was not so bad. It’s sad because the camera itself is great. But I cannot recommend, I should have returned it 🙁

    Good to have this gadget to monitor your baby
    Bought this from Amazon India, got a good offer. But this comes without SD Card which is required to record your monitoring to check for later use. Product is good, in night mode it provides a good nearby vision but works as black N white mode.Product must require subscription in order to get that cry detection works.It’s not a wireless cam.Also, we bought a web cam stand to hold this device on baby’s crib. Stand is movable and that is good too.After using the product for so many months now, I broke it from the base of penguins as it’s very delicate from that area with a single fall from my baby’s crib.

    I love the clarity of the camera specially in the night time. Honestly I noticed that the camera visibility in dark is better than the naked eye. Since I got this baby cam, I let my baby nap in another room without getting disturbed by noises. I also love that I can talk to my baby through the baby cam in case I am in the kitchen also for doing some chore. Thank you Qubo

    Horrible Product & Service – Stay Away from Qubo!I made the biggest mistake by trusting Qubo Baby Camera for my child’s safety, and it has been an absolute nightmare from day one!Constant Disconnection: The camera randomly disconnects all the time, leaving you completely helpless when you need it the most. Imagine being away from your baby, checking the app, and finding out it’s not working—again! This has happened to me multiple times in just two months, and out of those 60 days, I doubt it worked for even 10-12 days properly.Pathetic Customer Support: Their so-called “support” is just 9 AM to 6 PM—when most people are at work! And guess what? They only help through WhatsApp chat, where they keep giving scripted responses with no real solution. If you are in the office and report an issue, they will ask for a physical scan of the camera—how is that even possible?No Proper Call Support: When I requested a call, I was simply ignored. You will be left struggling alone with this broken device and their non-existent service.Ridiculous Single-Device Access Policy: When I asked to add access for my wife, they told me only one phone can use it! Their “solution” was to force my wife to log in using my Apple ID—seriously?? This is not just inconvenient but also a security risk.Misleading Branding – Don’t Fall for the “Hero” Name: The name “Hero” might fool you into thinking it’s related to Hero Group (auto), but this is just a cheap, overpriced, rebranded Chinese product with a local sticker slapped on it.Final Verdict: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!This camera has caused nothing but stress, frustration, and worry. If you truly care about your baby’s safety, avoid Qubo at all costs. It is unreliable, overpriced, and completely useless!

    Good camera but terrible camera software
    Camera covers good horizontal range and the alerts are quite helpful.The app to connect to camera is horrible. The video feed disconnects frequently and literally takes minutes to connect again.

    The product is just what it claims to be.. Very stylish, new design and very purposeful for baby monitoring. Features such as virtual cradle, baby crying monitor and infrared night light detection are super useful for monitoring of toddlers.Additionally it has notifications for movement detection which is very accurate and HD quality 2 way audio video options are there.Have been using this for 7 months. No problems whatsoever. Also able to use as regular smart cam as it sync with wifi and can be placed anywhere in house.

    – Keep freezing in every 5 mins even after using WiFi extender , Cannot subscribe to premium ,- No google home support- Most of these services like Baby cry detection, Timelapse and Virtual Cradle are premium and cannot subscribe even after trying for 2 weeks

    Do not buy this if you are not in India. Apparently the app doesn’t work if you do not have an Indian number. Don’t waste your money, I wasted my time with their customer service they take long to reply without any helpful replies.
