   Yesterday, I received the phone, and it is an awesome product with many enhanced features. The phone works very smoothly, and its battery backup is excellent. The best thing is its customer-friendly price, which makes it great value for money.The Redmi 14C also has a stylish design and a large display that is perfect for watching videos and browsing. Its performance is reliable for daily use, and the camera quality is quite good for this price range. Overall, it is a budget-friendly smartphone with impressive features, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

   Misleading exchange promise
   Pathetic delivery service by Rahul Memon who was purposely trying to find non-existent issues with the exchange phone! There was no discoloration on the screen (can provide photos to prove) but he still insisted that there was discoloration which wasn’t visible to anyone else. He then poked at the edges of the back case and claimed body paint damage – clear exaggeration. The rabbit exchange app showed a perfect score and all the pixels worked perfectly fine! This is a 3rd phone exchanged by my household and we have never faced such harassment. He also had the audacity to say we can complaint to whomever and nothing will happen. I’d prefer buying on Flipkart or Blinkit going forward given this nasty experience.Amazon should stop claiming that they provide easy exchange services if their end goal is to simply get good working phones at dirt cheap prices.

   Very very good.Sound quality very good.Colour is also good.There is no heating issue.Battery life is ok – ok.Weight is also better.Smoothness is very good in using 120hz.
