Fraud on Amazon ..Worst Seller!!
I was using my Samsung Flip 4 nicely an keeping it with additional care as it is an expensive phone. My phone was having Hinge problems from starting but I did not realized it earlier since I had trust as I bought it from Amazon. I am using amazon for last 5-7 years and did purchased many home appliances , phones but this one was really pathetic.Last week my phone screen got black out which after some time came back. When I visited to Samsung service center they said it is Hinge problem and can’t be repaired being an overseas mobile. Now I am feeling cheated after purchasing a phone with cost price of ~₹70K does not cover repair under warranty. Then what is the point of selling it with warranty, if it cannot be repaired at all?Amazon is generating Invoice and Warranty on top of this product which I think is a Fraud!! How should I get my money back?

Update1. Many people has claimed including my friend that even if screen stop working due to Samsung fault, they will not provide warranty even though minor scratches on screen Samsung service centre count as void of warranty and you have to pay additional 30k for screen replacement. I think Samsung should provide 2 year warranty on foldable phone screen otherwise it is very risky within 1 year if phone stop working due to manufacturing defect or the way foldable phone design you will have to bear the cost even though you have paid 1 lakh rupees. Keep in mind by the way 1 month passed i have no any issues but people say problem occurred after 6 months.Initial reviewI’m thrilled with experience especially the cover display. Download cover screen os app and enjoy YouTube, chrome and more on cover screen which samsung by default not provide. Phone is better than iPhone to flaunt.Update10 days passed no issues happy with phone. Samsung should provide atleast free case with this phone. I was going to buy apple after using 5 year Samsung phone. But again i fall in love with Samsung due to flip. Also Apple is not useful for me as i have to edit videos and download extensive app and i get moded version and other customisation so Android is perfect for me. This phone need to be charged twice a day. I set this phone charging capicuty at 85 percentage and in normal use it last for full 12 hr no issues. Display is awesome, camera is awesome. I like It’s front camera quality very must. Let’s see what happens with the middle creases. I open and close approx 50 times a day.Update after 3 monthsNo any issues on screen and folding. Crease same as before nothing changes. Slightly minor scratches on screen occurred just like normal phone. My daily screen on time is 10 hours and 50 to 70 times fold . Enjoying phone . By the way photo was taken with this phone and she is my wife. Will give you next update after 6 months.Update after 4 monthsCrease as it is not any issues. Enjoying phone as usual. Slight and minor scratch on protective layer. But reiterate display has as it is. Overall great experience.After 6 monthsNo issues till date in display and crease. Phone sometime hits in uper part where processor is but its common in all phone. Have to charge teo times a day as before. Now I rarely use front cover display, i always open phone.After after 10 monthsNo issues on screen at all. But screen protector got multiple bubble on crease area and make slightly sound which folding unfolding. Planning to change the protection film. Rubber on left bottom side on which upper portion rest after folding has been broken. Everything elese is fine.After 14 monthsGot free screen protector replacement under warranty. No problem in display although. Working as usual.

Flip 4 256gb review ( bought on 2 October 2024)
I recently bought flip 4 on amazon.And its almost one week since i am using this product.Phone is really very premium. Its looks, designs, features, the cover screen all are really good.Main point is wish to highlight is the product is made for India( i bought from worldwide seller(something kuch aisa hi naam tha).There are lot of earlier reviews ki product kishi dusri country ke liye made hai aur india mai iski warranty nhi use hoskti.Because of it i was in very much fear before buying this product. But fortunately this issue haven’t arised.HoweverBattery is really a issue. Mujhe use krte hue zyada time nhi hua hai but battery really jldi drain krti hai. Although ek feature hai ki aap phone ko 60hz pr use kro taki battery kam speed se drain ho.Rest abhi tak sab fine hai.

A refurbished model sold as new!!!!
After 6-7 months of use, the phone started switching off during every flip close. When asked in the showroom of Samsung, we got to know that it’s a refurbished phone and not new model. It’s been almost 4-5 months now, and amazon hasn’t come up with a resolution. Planning to take this to the consumer court!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLERAll refurbished models

The durability and performance of the device is amazing and i am a heavy user and with my kind of use i am left with about 25-30% battery at the end of the day! How amazing is that and must say the phone looks and feels pretty dope and is a definite attention graber!

Cute phone with loaded features
My first flip phone. Seems delicate as super sleek. It comes loaded with features. I have used it for 10 days and everyday I found a new feature 🙂 and getting amazed with it more. Whar next samsung;)If it would comes with a charger and cover, it would be nice.Update after 10 months usageBubbles started after 7 months on Screen protector..making it difficult to use as become noisy while folding. It’s not easy to buy screen protector for this phone and samsung outlets sent me to a samsung customer service store which is 20 kms from my place. They sent me to a local samsung outlet to purchase the screen protector which is again 2 kms far. Finally they applied the screen protector without showing if it is the authentic samsung product and without a bill for rs 1000. The new protector isn’t the same quality as earlier. I called up samsung customer care and they said there is no bill for this protector and can’t say if the product is genuine. Since then I have not folded the phone and using like normal one as the new protector is more flimsy. All in all doesn’t seem 100000 rs well spent and not happy with this as using it like other phones only.
