   Poor Quality & Hidden Costs – Not at All Customer Centric
   I purchased the Saregama Carvaan Mini Hindi 2.0 in July 2024, and within just 13 months (barely one month after warranty expiry) the device completely stopped working. When I raised a complaint, I was charged Rs 300 as visiting charges, only to be told that the motherboard is damaged and I would need to pay Rs 650 for replacement. On top of that, the technician informed me that I must also buy a specific charger for Rs 300, otherwise the motherboard could get damaged again.Nowhere on the product page or in the package was it ever mentioned that a specific charger is required for safe usage. If the product is so sensitive, the charger should have been included by default or at least clearly communicated upfront. This feels like hiding critical information from the customer, leading to extra and avoidable expenses.A music player should not fail within a little over a year, especially when positioned as a nostalgic, reliable product. This experience reflects poor product quality and a lack of customer-centricity. Instead of delighting customers, the brand seems to be fleecing them with hidden costs and repairs.I hope Saregama takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both product durability and transparency. Otherwise, loyal customers like me will lose trust in the brand.

   Very very good songs and avery good sound and works with blootooth as well. It has a usp that it has in built FM 📻 radio that is very coolUpdate after six years of use as it is quality unmatched. Its like none other in the market

    I bought this as a gift to my father, he likes to listen to old hindi songs. It is a very products. song selection is good. very good built quality, no cheap material is there. using this almost 1.5 yrs. Bought it in 2020 october, still works fine. I am happy with this.

    I bought this as a father’s day gift for my dad becuase he is a fan of music – he loves it!Just wished it had a display for the radio stations – i don’t know what channel I am on and whether it is am or fm radio.

    The sound is just superb and I have got so many compliments about this cute speaker and love all the pre-loaded bollywood melodies. The battery life is not as good though so I have given only 2 stars for Battery Life! But I just love this super cute mini speaker and its so portable. I just pop it in my handbag when I travel 🙂 Definitely recommend it.
