Good kids smartwatch with useful safety features
Bought Sekyo Carepal Pro Plus for my kid and using it for a week now. My child is happy wearing it and feels confident using calls, while we parents feel reassured staying connected. For the price, this watch offers very good features and parental controls.Helpful features:- Auto-answer for selected contacts- Remote alarm setting from parent app- Remote photo capture & background sound monitoring- Clear calling and easy to use for kidsScope for improvement:- Location accuracy can be better (sometimes shows a bit far)- More digital watch faces would be nice- Inbuilt torch/flashlight would be usefulOverall, a good kids smartwatch in this segment and worth considering for safety and communication.

I was looking for a smart watch for my 10 year old kid for a very long time and after so much of research, I found this Sekyo brand very good.Especially their customer care. After receiving the watch in good condition, I immediately opened it and inserted sim to see whthr it’s in working condition.It’s perfectly working since day one. Sekyo app is also user friendly and easy to set up. Video call and audio call works fine.video call is available only thru app. In terms of video call clarity I would say not bad quality and this is wat we can expect from this device.The only problem we face is the GPS is not that accurate but approximate.Will update further more after using it.

Weak signal capacity
The product is not working. The signal catching capacity is very weak. Device is in front of me and says not available when called. And when at same time putting up on mobile, same sim card, it is working, means device is not carching signals properly. Device location is also not showing correctly. Right now it is in Sec 104 noida, and it shows location sector85 noida. The messaging is also slow.

Worth it!
I bought this tracker watch for my kid and it’s working really well. The battery life is very good and it perfectly serves the purpose. The delivery was quick and smooth. The only small thing is that the display isn’t very fast, but everything else is great. Overall, a very useful and reliable product.

Packaging and product delivery is fast. My kid loves it, have used old generation sekyo 3g watch for almost 3 years. Now the new watch seems good and its more faster.

Worst product, worst seller, worst platform i.e. Amazon
Worst product ever. Dont buy this watch. Received a defective/used product and after inserting sim card, it could not detect it. Placed return request, Amazon confirmed it and it has been more than a week , nobody came to pick it up. Have contacted amazon multiple times
