Defective Watch with Terrible After-Sales Service
Waste of money. False advertising. The product claims to be 5G-enabled, which is completely untrue. The watch is defective—frequently hangs, does not start, and the screen goes blank randomly. After-sales service is pathetic. No response to calls, emails, or WhatsApp even after sharing video proof. No replacement pickup arranged. Extremely disappointed and regret purchasing this third-class product from an irresponsible company.
