Nice watch and budget friendly.
I bought the watch for my 7 years old son. He loved it. The product quality is good. It has some very good features such as up to 10 contacts in the phone book, alarms, SOS, Geo fencing and location tracking, camera, clear voice quality. What I am really impressed with is the customer service. Usually, it is the other way round when the customer has to follow up. Super pleasant experience overall.The watch goes for 1-2 days in one charge which could be improved but you get an alert when the battery is low which I think is good reminder to charge. App works absolutely fine. The watch also allows the parent to capture a photo (yes, it has a basic camera) and even listen to the audio remotely without the child knowing. Some parents may like it to ensure their kid is safe.Overall: a very good buy. I deducted one star for the battery which runs only 1-2 days.

Frustrating buy
Horrible experience. Didn’t even work properly in the first few days that it was functional..voice largely inaudible and distorted. Thereafter it stopped working only. Waste of money completely.Not a recommended buy at all.

Good watch for kids
I bought the watch for my 10 years old daughter. She loved it. The product quality is good. I am Happy with the product in this price which is quite good to keep connected with your love ones. I normally don’t write comments unless feel to write, after many analysis and people reviews I decided to buy this product for my 10 year old kid few days ago, till yet everything is working fine in the Watch and hope working fine in future too.I am from telecom background so I only prefer to talk about basic things which is quite necessary to be connected to whom you give the watch as portable Phone.Like :Voice quality is fine, but can be use bit more high quality speakerMic is fine, SIM Signal is also fineBattery is fine (In single time charge work between 12 to 24 hours as backup)Color and fitting is fineSOS works perfectlyCamera is ok because no video calling so does matter muchRemote Camera feature works if you are on camera option in watchReject or restrict unnecessary callsSave upto 15 numbersbest feature in Watch – Screen lock from remotely, Schedule calls and block screen in case your kid is in school (Multiple Time selection slots are given. example – Block time 7.30 to 10.30 then work in Lunch break then next timeslot 10.45 to 13.30 PM block.Remote Restart and remote shutdown.Track your watch if connected with Internet because connected LBS (Location base service) application in Mobile, just like many buses have this feature installed to track the school bus.I don’t find below features in Watch, But it is ok, because I buy to track my kid not his health. :)* Oxymeter (SpO2), Heart Rate Monitor, Blood Pressure Monitor, Body Temperature Monitor* Sleep Monitor, Multisport Tracker* It does not have SMS send feature only Voice message can sent* can be Full screen modeOverall Good product in this budgeted price else go for higher version with much more price.Hope will get the good service support after sales, now watch is working fine, finger crossed.

1) provided adaptor is not working, though its small issue.2) This particular watch when I purchased from Amazon shows location tracking but it never shows you accurate location.When I contacted customer care they mentioned it’s LBS tracking which shows location between 2 mobile tower. This is insane .I purchased this watch to secure my child not to find him between 2 mobile towers.3. Battery performance is not good, it’s merely a day. Considering this will be worn by children and charging on daily basis is tough task.Calling function is OK.Camera is worst ever.Conclusion: do not buy LBS watch and particularly this model. Buy 4G watch with GPS location tracking feature. Good batty is must.I don’t know why people have given good reviews for this product.

Good product but delicate
Brought this watch in November 2024.it was good . but after few days most of the time watch was getting switched off automatically. Gps was not working as expected.Battery wire is very delicate when trying to put the SIM inside.
