Calling feature
Amazing watch if you want primarily for calling purpose. I wanted a calling device for my kid which is not a phone, as phone kids can misplace and putting (parental) control over phone is a challange. This device has impressed me so far, it does not have features of smart watch and honestly i dint want any. My need was focussed, ability to call + a wrist watch so its tied to wriest, less chances of being misplaces. It does its job well. Best part is adding contacts, who can call like if you to limit the calls to and from saved contacts, making it silent during school etc is all configurable from App ( so control is with parents). Over all amazing calling device with enough required controls for kids safety . Only part remains to be tested is how long it lasts! For now its a 10/10 product for me!

(Earlier I bought This Sekyo Basic 2G Model. Product had several issues and initially faced challenges with the Support as well. But with later followups they were really kind enough to repair/replace the watch, they took care of courier service as well and they acknowledged & provided prompt resolution to the technical/hardware issue).Now after I upgraded my watch to the Sekyo 4G Model [ CarePal Pro Plus ], I can say that, 4G model is much better quality, also has more features. It’s Good for child safety and reachability. I would recommend Sekyo for two reasons1. Its an Indian brand, so I would definitely support & encourage buying Sekyo.(4.. +1 Star)2. Product quality & features are decent enough to fulfill all basic needs, Child Safety and Reachability. Its value for Money.- Watch has parental control features to restrict calling only to Parents/Saved Number and Disable Keypad option.- Also has options Disable unknown number incoming calls, SOS functions etc.- Decent battery life (as of now 24hrs+ with minimal use).- GPS is working (though not very accurate – I am seeing at least 50-100Mtr+ diff).- Spec mentions its a water resistant (that’s good to have for kids watch)(Challenge with the 2G model was – 2G network availability/ weak signal strength in most of the areas and I faced issues with poor network signals with the 2G Model.)Hence chose this 4G model upgrade, this is much better and I would definitely suggest to go with 4G Model.I really appreciate the Support staff, they were kind and helpful, provided prompt service & very responsive !!Sekyo, Nice product, Kindly improve the product & battery quality further to become the best in the Market. Good product, as per description, worth the money. All functions working. My grandchild for whom I bought it is Happy. The calling function is very useful to track the child if missing.

Good Product with Excellent Customer Support
I have been using this watch for some time now and I am quite satisfied with both the product and the overall experience. The watch has been very useful and works well as expected.Recently, I had to send it to the service center due to an issue. Even though the problem was related to physical damage (SIM tray), the Sekyo support team handled my case very professionally. They were responsive on WhatsApp, explained everything clearly, and as a goodwill gesture, offered to repair the SIM tray free of cost.I really appreciate their customer-centric approach and quick service response. It’s reassuring to see a brand that stands by its customers even beyond warranty terms.Overall, a good product backed by reliable service. Happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

Extremely poor quality watch – buy at your own risk
I would rate this watch zero stars if Amazon allowed it. It stopped working within an hour of charging, prompting me to inspect the battery—only to discover its shockingly poor build quality, with an extremely fragile body and wires so thin that simply opening the back could snap them.Thinking a replacement would be straightforward? Not at all. Amazon doesn’t handle it; you must contact Sekyo’s customer support, which is utterly unprofessional. They insisted on shipping the watch back to Delhi for repairs before sending it back—no option for a simple replacement, and no clear explanation why. The process dragged on for two weeks, requiring constant follow-ups from me; otherwise, they seemed to ignore it entirely. Finally, they claimed to have dispatched it, but it went to the wrong address due to their incompetence, adding another two weeks. In total, it took four weeks to receive a functional watch after my initial purchase a month earlier.Even then, issues persisted: the SIM slot is so delicate that a gentle push or pull can break it, and inserting a SIM is a frustrating struggle. Plus, only Airtel 4G SIMs are compatible—nothing else works. Charging demands a low-power adapter, or it risks failing again. I’ve never encountered so many flaws in one product. Signal quality is abysmal, making calls unreliable most of the time. I strongly advise against buying this for your child or anyone else—it’s a pathetic excuse for a smartwatch.
