A decent camera with many good features
Purchased around a month ago.Overall, its a decent camera with many good features when compared to its price. Go for it.Would like to mention few pros and cons of it:PROS:1. Very compact and lightweight (just 82 gms without case)2. Good backup. practically around 3 hours as compared to claimed 4 hrs by SJCAM3. Easy to operate.4. Waterproof upto 5 mtrs without any case and 30 mtrs with case. So you dont have to use the external case in case of heavy rains.5. Can be charged even when its recording (when not using any mount or case). since the charging port can be accessed only via a sliding cover.6. Excellent Image stabilization. used it on my vehicle as well as cycle also. its very decent.7. Very sensitive mic. but without noise reduction. Catch the unwanted traffic and wind noise also.8. 5 minutes video @ 1080p 60 fps takes up around 800mb.9. the camera software remembers the last mode used.10. fast boot. Recdy to record within few seconds of turn on.11. All its features can be controlled via its app also.CONS:1. Its interpolated 4K @ max. 30 fps, so dont get impressed by the specs. Its good for upto 1080p (60fps) only.However, I am happy with 1080p @60 fps also. its very decent and crisp. No lagging.2. Specs mention that it can be used as dashboard cam but practically not possible as it cannot be charged when you put in the mounting case. it can only be charged when hand held bare. so practically, you have only 3 hours of run time. then you need to stop recording and charge it to use further.3. No touch control4. buttons are bit hard to opreate5. Heats up very fast when transferring files via wifi. Thats mainly because the screen gous full white when transferring, and that consumes lot of energy. I prefer transferring videos via computer only. However no malfunction during transfer via wifi due to heat.6. wifi transfer speed is very slow.7. App interface is bit old fasioned and weired. does not connects to camera sometimes.then you will need to turn off data/wifi on phone and try reconnecting the camera again.8. No screen and lens guards provided with the pack.9. supports only upto 128Gb memory card.10. A chest mount strap could have been provided with the package.

Good action camera at this price range
Hello Guys,Hope you are doing well.Let me right a genuine review of this a product.Product quality is nice build quality is robust it is coming with case waterproof case and moto blogging case as well.I am using this camera since last 10 to 15 days and I have discovered decent camera the picture quality is nice and the videos stabilization is also better than other action cameras at this price range.Best part of this camera is there you can record videos vertical mode if you are a reels lover and if you are motologger and if you would like to post reels in vertical mode in this product will be very nice for you.If you are a beginner for action came then this product will be very useful to learn the functionality of action cameraSo if you would like to start career as a Motorola or adventure logger than this camera is very handy is very small size of camera so you can carry with you all the way and you can shoot a nice video take pictures and take time lapse very nicely.Thanks

this one, the sjcam c200 does not have magnetic body and is waterproof without the housing only to a depth of 5 meters. The information provided in the description is misguiding! you can check their website for more info ! update as of July 2023, the camera fogs up inside if you use it on a bike during rains in monsoon. the only way is to wait for the fog to clear up from the lens as its from the inside. Update as of June 2024, the camera finally gave up, the rear screen fogged real bad in therain and also the lens fogged up and now the camera is not even charging or switching on, its dead. 10000K lasted for a year!

Its a very nice product at this price point. But 2K is not advisable on this device, as glitch is very much evident. Preferably shoot in HD at 60FPS. It gives good output. The stabilizer is not bad, but has its limitations. A good product if your budget is around Rs. 10,000/-. One flipside is that the lens tends to accumulate dust and finger prints. If it is cleaned a number of times, it leaves certain scratchs on the lens.

First of all, I want to say right off the bat that SJCAM’s customer service is absolutely amazing. I was genuinely surprised by how courteous and responsible they are and how willing they were to help. Now, on to the camera.The C300 Camera is very unique take on these handheld pocket-esque cameras., I own my fair share of action cameras (DJI Minis and Pocket 2, GoPro Session and MAX360, and Insta360) and SJCAM’s idea with the C300 is genuinely refreshing especially with when compared with the DJI Pocket 2 which is the one action camera I had that closely resembled the pocket style cameras I was looking for.The price is great for this quality of action camera when comparing it to other action cameras.The camera itself comes with a lot of accessories and even an micro sd card, it comes with mounts, a protective case and a waterproof case. All the mounts and cases felt constructed well and seem like great quality. They also handled well in terms of durability and did great to protect the camera.The size of the camera was great, it wasn’t stubby like the DJI Pocket 2 and the touch screen LCD was much more responsive. Everything fit much better in terms of aesthetics with the C300 rather than with the DJI Pocket 2. It was more user friendly and beginner friendly in my opinion. This camera also made vlogging much easier because of the design, it was more generous in terms of handleability and durability than some other action cameras. If you’re going to be using the second battery which is the stick variant, you can also switch between lcds which for me was very useful for vlogging and having to switch from vlogging and back.The interface itself is a great starter interface for the price and for the camera and like I said, it was very user friendly, nothing over complicated. It could use some tweaks here and there (Smoother interface, a bit more quality and more refined interface) but regardless it still does the job right and doesn’t affect the performance in any way.The quality of the camera genuinely good for the price. To be honest, when considering the price I assumed I was going to get another ‘cheap’ quality action camera but when I used it especially for vlogging I was surprised how 1080P, 2K, 4K looked given the price. The 6-Axis stabilizer handled biking, running and hiking but it has to be enabled, Click on the left hand side of the wand and then scroll down to the Gyro Sensor and press on. For wide dynamic range Click on the left hand side of the wand and then scroll down to the WDR and press on The resolution and angle of the camera gave for a much useful image quality and performance. The zoom was amazing for such a small camera too which was one of the things that stood out to me. Could the quality have been better? Well of course it could have but given the price and the size of the camera and how versatile it was, I was pleasantly surprised and can’t necessarily complain about it.The SJCAM application was one of the best applications out there, it’s has a lot of potential and makes for editing, switching video quality and picture, going through recorded videos and making anything in between much more easily handled. The only problem with the application when connecting it to the camera was that it would disconnect sometimes randomly. Other than that, the application remains of the best I’ve used.Now all this is not to say that the camera doesn’t have it’s downsides and I would be a hypocrite not to speak out on it’s shortcomings.For one, sometimes not all the time there would be some blur when running or biking at night because of the LED lights because this same issue also plagued my GoPro MAX but not to the same extent. What I found worked to counter the issue at night was having an even exposure of the LED lights with objects in the background that help balance out LED light exposure.You can Enable and Disable Audio as well. The quality could be better, that’s not to say that it’s horrible or it’s ‘cheap’ or poor quality, rather it needs to stand out more in terms of quality and picture to capture the mainstream market. As it stands now, it good, not great but genuinely good for size and price.The built in microphone was not the best, it drowns out with too much noise and recording quality was not great if there’s too much sound exposure especially with vlogging. This issue can be fixed with an external microphone.The 7 hours of the battery life does not apply to 4K, with 4K you get 3 hours and 30 minutes. 7 Hours of battery life is for 2k or 1080p. Regardless, for the price and the size of the camera, the battery life is great and I noticed that the batteries don’t run as hot as other action cameras.The bottom line is that the camera for me is one of the best, I would strongly recommend anyone thinking about purchasing it to give it a shot and play around with it. I think both the company and the camera have a lot of potential and they have a sweet spot in terms of price to beat out other companies. Personally, the quality was good but it could always be better and it should strive to be in order to edge out the competition.Pictured is the size, coke can for scale. As you can see the camera size comparison to a soda can is SJCam is very small and versatile.
