   Worst Device – Don’t Waste Your Money
   Please don’t buy this product. My humble request to everyone — this device is a complete waste of money. I tried reaching both Amazon and the Smiledrive support team, but no one provided a proper response. My hard-earned money has gone to waste. These people are selling defective products and making money through Amazon, and you can neither return nor replace it once you face issues.I can hear other participants, but they can’t hear my voice.The device suddenly disconnects during Teams calls.If it remains connected for more than 30 minutes idle, it disconnects automatically. Whenever I receive a Teams call, I have to switch it on and reconnect again.This is the worst device I have ever used — completely unreliable and not worth even trying.

   Its very good, but Mute is working only for Mobiles, not Lync.If it is for Mobile – go for itIf it is for a conference call & if you are not gonna mute at all go for itBut If you want for Conference calls with Mute option, we may think that we can mute in the Skype itself right?If you do, and if you unmute it, the opp person cannot hear you. You have to dropoff the meeting and rejoin.So, think wisely, the product is good, sound is good, the price is ok compared to other speakers.I liked it, but I am returning it, as mute option is my high priority

Mute works perfectly.2 khareeda hu for two conference rooms. Tried other more pricey options of other brands- they have horrible voice clarity and shh…shh..background noise.

   Recently I got an issue that it’s disconnecting frequently
   Overall this is fine product but don’t expect the quality which you experience with the office conference devices, anyway comparing to them it’s very cheap as well.Good for people who doesn’t want to use headset all the time but I am recently experiencing the issue of frequent disconnects while the call is on and it switches to phone mode from bluetooth. Batter life is not good but I keep it connected to power while I am working.
