Received a refurbished phone with damaged screen. Amazon declined replacement assistance. Vivo service centre directed to contact amazon. This seller is duping customers. Surprisingly, Amazon isn’t helping either.

Do not buy it. Because the brand also provides charger, cable and cover with its box but it is clearly written that these will not be given in the box. Meaning something is wrong with the phone. Because when the brand did not make such a box then where did this come from.
