Product was good, but the customer support was even better
The cable quality is very very good. I bought this mainly for for iphone charging and type c cable for other device charing. Though the type c cable (primary cable) is working absolutely fine, but the swappable lighting head wasnt working properly after 7 months of usage and now (which is excatly 8 and half months form Date of purchae) the lighting head is completely useless and its not charging the phone at all.. only the type c cable is working..the reason is, the 5 th pin among all 8 pins is responsible for sending power (+ 5 V) and the 1st pin is for gound ( 0 V ) , is slighlty burnt and corroded due to wear and tear. I did use it extensively, but i did expect it to last atelast 1 full year.Nevertheless, luckily, I contacted Wayona for this issue through their customer service number (which u can find it on their website), and explained them the issue and told them the product is still under warranty. After sending them the proof of the issue in video format and sending them the original amazon invoice, within few minutes, they agreeded to provide me a replacement with no additional cost.I received my replacement after 4 days( as the item came in courier form mumbai – chennai). 8th august i made the req, and recived it on 12 th aug. And the replacement is working absolutely fine and they have sent me a brand new one..ihave attached the pic of the older cable and the new replacement i got.This company is the best for quality products and keeps its promise as well if anything goes wrong with the product if its under warranty….I do have other wayon accessories as well, but they did last more than the warranty period and is still working fine..

Not happy with connectivity
After many RND I purchased this cable. Wire quality is good but I found connection between type c to 8 pins is not good enough. There is no warranty. Disappointing with Amazon as they have not mentioned warranty for this.

Great product and prompt after sales support
This is one of the few products with multiple use cases and reasonable prices. Works very well for laptop charging 65W, phone (type c and lightning) and is compatible with usb A & C. After sales support is also very good. Just need to WhatsApp a video of the issue along with the invoice to the brand and they will promptly issue a replacement.

Not great. One works fine the other doesn’t. Quality isn’t a strong point so go for a known brand like belkin instead.

Lightning connector broke…
I bought this as a cable to charge my hp laptop, iphone, ipad and old ipad air. It worked fine with all the devices. However the lightning connector broke inside my old ipad. It took some effort to get the broken connector out. Usb-c still works fine. Since I am out of the return window and warranty doesn’t cover this, I will use this as a usb-c charging cable.
