The best GAN charger at this price
I was looking for a fast charger for my Samsung mobile (a pity, they don’t pack a charger nowadays). I initially thought of going for the original Samsung charger but then decided to go for a GAN charger with multiple ports.I have used GAN chargers before, and so did some research on what is currently available in the market. The market is flooded with GAN chargers as every company seems to be making them. The only difference I assume is the quality of the components they use inside the chargers. The cheap ones tend to get super hot very quickly and don’t last long.My initial choices were those from Belkin, Anker (and maybe Spigen), as those are guaranteed to perform better and last longer than the cheaper ones. But I could not justify the cost. At last, I decided to take a chance and went for this one from Wayona.So far it is working fine. Both the Type C ports are capable of supplying 65W when used independently. S23 takes 1hr 20 min to charge from 0%-100%. With around 10% charge left, it takes around 1hr 10 mins to charge fully.Does it get hot? Yes, it does. It gets hot enough to be uncomfortable in hand when it is charging from both ports at full speed. But it is the same with other GAN chargers. I have seen Belkin and Spigen getting uncomfortably hot too. It does cool down quickly when not being used, just like any other GAN charger.The built quality looks good, at least from the outside. Not sure how the internals are, only time will tell.It’s good that it comes with a fairly long type C- C braided cable. I have tested charging the phone both with the original cable that came along with the phone and the one supplied by Wayona. Both take the same time to charge the phone.The only minor issue I have encountered is that the charger may block the adjacent switch when plugged in. This of course depends on the design of your switch-board. Most GAN chargers of 65W or higher may have this issue as these are bigger than normal chargers.So far, I am satisfied with the speed and versatility (two Type C, one Type A port) and the looks of this GAN charger. If it also lasts long without any performance degradation, I will consider the money well spent.Wayona is an Indian company. I also have a short type C-C cable (to be used with powerbanks) from the same company. If they can keep offering good dependable products at reasonable prices, I will consider more products from this brand.

Nice product but design issue overlapping to side switch when plug into socket of electrical board
Charger is nice and charging phone faster but size is slightly wider and issue in fitting in socket, overlap on switch present near to socket

I’ve completely stopped carrying multiple chargers since I started using this. One for the laptop, one for the phone, one for AirPods—gone. This product worked exactly as advertised. Both Type C and Type A ports delivered wattage as per their specification. I even ordered a second one and it became my daily driver for all my charging needs including my Macbook Pro. Supports “Super Fast Charging” for Samsung Galaxy phones.Another benefit is that you get also get a proper PD Type C braided cable include with the charger.Note: One of the charger stopped working after 8 months, so after reaching out to their support they have agreed to send a replacement as it was under warranty. Will update further if things change.

Poor design
The charger itself is good but very poor design. The width is large and hits the on-off switch. Does not go fully into the socket as it is hitting the switch and falls off..!! A good charger with poor design..

Great product, compact design and serves the purpose ⚠️[READ UPDATE]⚠️
Since I need to travel a lot, carrying around the conventional HP charger was a hassle. My HP ENVY laptop supports type C charging hence i wanted to get a GaN charger which would charge my samsung phone and hp laptop alike. Brilliantly does the job, comes with a long and sturdy cable, small & compact size. However I’d be scared to drop it because it’s sort of heavy for it’s size and i wouldn’t be surprised if that cracked the plastic casing open. Apart from that, amazing product and also the one of the cheapest GaN charger out there. Heats a little while charging laptop at 65W but I’m least bothered about it. Once you plug in more than 1 device the wattage will get divided and charging speed will drop a little.⚠️IMPORTANT UPDATE⚠️: My Laptop’s motherboard got cooked after 3.5 months of using this, and the HP technician claimed it was because of this charger since it lacks an earthing pin, and the repair cost would be hefty (~80k INR) if my device was still not under warranty. It is important for laptop chargers to have a physical earthing pin, and thus the company chargers come with it. Don’t charge your type-c windows laptop with this. Get the authentic type C charger from your laptop’s manufacturer. Idk about MacBook though.

Most VFM GaN charger in the market
Bought this as a common charger for my Moto Edge 50 pro & Asus laptop. Been a month since I started using it & so far it has exceeded expectations in terms of quality & performance. The build of the brick as well as the braided cable feels premium. Has an indicator led as well. The brick is quite compact even though there are smaller options available in the market. The best part is that my phone gets less heated as compared to the Moto OEM charger which might improve its battery life I guess. Charging speed is really good – 4500mah phone charged from 15% to 100% in 30 mins, might be comparatively slower on the laptop but the convenience is a plus especially while traveling. I’ve been using other Wayona products over the last 3 years & I’ve not been disappointed yet. My trust on this brand is growing with every purchase.
