   I’m so happy with these. They’re my first wireless headphones. I tend to prefer most things to be wired, but I’ve increasingly been listening to podcasts and Youtube videos from my tablet whilst cooking or doing other chore type things, and wired earbuds aren’t suitable for that, and I don’t want to broadcast what I’m listening to to other people in the house. I haven’t used them for calls and I don’t use them to listen to music.Positives:- For the price you can’t go wrong.- If you like the style, you like the style – I think they look fun and I enjoy the orange colourway.- Comfortable for a good period of time (eventually the upper parts of my ear hurt a bit, but that’s the same with every pair I’ve ever used). The pads are lovely and soft and look quality. A nice finish.- Maintain the bluetooth connection a couple of rooms away in my house, even through closed doors (any further than that and it does break up, but that’s fine, I never need to be too far away from the tablet). This means I can have the tablet in a different room, avoiding cooking splashes etc. The bluetooth never drops out for me in the same or adjacent rooms.- Good sound – although I don’t use these for listening to music (I use wired earbuds and an old iPod for that, LOL), but for podcasts, absolutely perfect – clear, distinct and good volume.- Good battery life – I don’t think the manufacturer over-estimates the battery life. I am listening for up to an hour at a time most days and the charge last me many weeks. I get the verbal warning when battery life is low, but I don’t get any other beep regularly that others have I think mentioned, so no disruption to my listening.- The case really is quality, although I don’t use these when out so haven’t had cause to use it.- I love being able to pause using a button on the right ear, and change the volume there too. Very handy.- They are lightweight, I think that adds to the comfort.- I think they would fit a range of head sizes – mine is quite small and no problems with the fit.- I settled on these as they have the option of using them wired. I actually haven’t used that function yet, but I do like the option.Negatives- They feel a little plasticky, understandably – not a problem for me, at this price (I paid £16.99) I’d expect that.- I don’t know how much folding and unfolding they would bear, if people were taking them out and about. I leave them open at home. But though not the sturdiest, they don’t feel flimsy to me.- When they arrive I remember being a little disappointed, thinking they seems a little more on-ear than over-ear. But actually I had forgotten this until reflecting on them now to review. They certainly are bigger than general on-ear, just not quite as large as I’d expected for over ear, they don’t encase my whole ear(!).- Charging lead a little short, about 40cm. Same is true of most things though. Of course there’s no power socket plug, that’s absolutely fine, I have other USB plugs I can use.They aren’t claiming to be noise cancelling, so don’t be buying them and complaining about that. I think they probably leak a bit of sound, being on-ear. Neither of those things are issues for my purpose. I definitely can hear my podcasts perfectly without outside distractions and I have to pause them in order to hear anything my partner’s saying to me.I don’t use the FM radio feature, but have just tried it for this review, without checking out how to use it. Radio 2 has just played with minimal crackle, but I’m not doing a great job of getting other stations. Has the potential to work, I’d say. But I’d be more likely to use them with my tablet if I wanted radio. I also haven’t used the SD card for music, and personally have no need for that function.Overall, I honestly couldn’t ask for more for the price I paid, they are just what I needed. Depending on how well they last, then at the end of their life I would likely buy the same model or brand again based on this experience. I get annoyed with negative reviewers who seem to want £100 sound quality for under £20. My five stars are based on balancing what I consider very good performance and quality, their suitability for the purpose I bought them for, and the price I paid.UPDATE Feb ’24: I still love these, I use them most days, exactly the same way as in my earlier review. I wanted to add one good thing, one bad. They are absolutely fine for music from my tablet, on Spotify or Youtube, good sound for singing along to. I’m not an audiophile, and for my purpose of casual listening, they are perfect. My one disappointment after all this time is that they do hurt my ear cartilage after more than half an hour or so of listening. It’s often a relief to take them off. Such a shame, as the cushioning is still good, hasn’t worn away with daily use, they still look as good as new. But having ended up with on ear when they were sold, I think, as over ear, is my main disappointment. It’s the only thing that would cause me not to replace like for like if these ever give up the ghost. My star rating still stands, they are superb for the price and have already done 5 months of flawless service.

   After one year of use – everything is still in order. I can recommend the headphones, especially for very young kids – thanks to the option limiting the volume level with 74db. The kid still likes the device a lot.Positive:1. The headphones are optically attractive for children.2. The best feature – volume limitation at the level of 74db – and it works well. We tried before another model with 85db limitation, but it was loud for 4yo. So we bought this one.3. Sound quality is fine for the price segment and appropriate for the target audience.4. Easy to setup and control, stable connection with iPhone, TV etc.5. Support team you are the best. 🙂 Yes, we exchanged some emails because of the issue described below.What could be better:1. Socket for USB-C resides on uneven surface, doesn’t hold the charging cable well.2. Passive noise protection could be stronger. We tried them to protect kid ears during Mini-disco and Music shows, and it wasn’t enough.3. Full battery was shown as 90% in my iPhone. It didn’t influence anything, they lasted the whole two-weeks trip.

   Français: Très satisfait de ce P6 que j’ai reçu de Powerlocus pour évaluation impartiale (après mon évaluation ici du Moonfly de la même compagnie). Il est léger sur la tête et les oreilles, donne un son clair et agréable, sans basses prédominantes. Il permet de s’apparier en quelques secondes avec n’importe quel appareil sous Bluetooth. Dans mon cas j’ai testé l’appareillage avec un Smartphone, un PC sous Windows 10, un laptop sous Linux Mint, et avec une box Android TV. Sans aucun problèmes. Les oreillettes sont confortables ainsi que l’arceau sur la tête qui est rembourré. Même si ce casque est fait essentiellement de plastique, il est nullement de basse qualité. C’est casque bien conçu est bien fini. Son look argent est un plus. Recharge facile et très rapide via un port USB. Il vient avec un sac qui permet de le ranger une fois plié avec ses câbles USB et audio 3.5. J’avais déjà le casque Powerlocus Moonfly qui restera à domicile. J’emporterai le P6 pliable avec moi en voyage. Je suis très content des deux. Il me reste toutefois à compléter des tests d’appels et prises d’appels avec le P6 et mon Smartphone. Je complèterai cette évaluation quand ce sera fait, mais jusqu’à présent je ne trouve pas de défaut au P6.English: Very satisfied with this P6 I received from Powerlocus for impartial evaluation (after my evaluation here of the Moonfly of same company). It is light on the head and ears, gives a crisp and clear sound, without predominent bass. It does enable very fast pairing with any Bluetooth device. In my case I tested pairing it with a Smartphone, a Desktop under Windows 10, a laptop under Linux Mint, and a Android TV box. All went flawlessly. The ear pads are comfy and so is the headrest. Even if this headset is made essentially of plastic it is nevertheless not of a poor quality fabric. This headset has been well thought of and designed. It’s silver look is a plus. Charging is very easy and fast via a USB port. It comes with a coton bag to store it once folded with it’s USB and 3.5 audio cables. I already had purchased the Powelocus Moonfly headset that will stay home. I will take the folding P6 with me on trips. I’m very satisfied with both. However I still need to tests taking and making calls with P6 and Smartphone paired. I will complete this evaluation when done. But until now I have found no flaws on the P6.
