Product look nice but it totally useless product after few months display stop working and there is no support from brand after having 2 year warranty. Also you will be not eligible for replace product from amzon app. So, i highly recommended that do not purchase this product.

Love the Watch, Just Wish the Battery Lasted Longer
I really like the product. The design is stylish, the features are easy to use, and the sound quality from the speaker is surprisingly good for a smartwatch.However, I’ve noticed that the battery life is quite low. After a full charge, the watch lasts only about 24 hours, and when the speaker is used continuously for music playback, the battery drains very quickly — it usually lasts only around 1.5 hours.It would be great if Xech could improve the battery performance in future versions because otherwise, the watch is excellent in terms of design and functionality.

A very good simple no frills product that is super easy to use. Runs off a rechargeable battery. Can connect to power and via USB and leave it on. Crystal clear, bright display. Very useful especially for old people who wake up in the middle of the night wondering what time it is. The display is so bright that it doubles as a night lamp. It also has a built-in bluetooth speaker.

Pros1. Looks minimalistic and clean on any desk.2. Alarm is extremely loud, will wake your entire family up.3. Has some battery backup, in case of a power cut etc4. Build quality is okay, doesn’t feel cheap.Cons1. Bright display with no brightness adjustment. Usually brightness is good, but if you plan to keep it in your room where you like to sleep in complete darkness, this will light up the entire room. You will need to put it face down each night.2. Works as a bluetooth speaker but no way to change alarm ringtone.3. Only 2 alarms can be set AT MOST. Each has a different fixed unchangable ringtone.4. Its not made to be run on battery, it’s meant to be used while plugged in. If the battery is low, it will start beeping in an extremely annoying way until it’s last breath, no matter the time, be it day or midnight.5. Simple clock features are missing like stopwatch, or timer. There is a ‘timer’ for namesake, fixed at 60 seconds.It’s more of a bluetooth speaker, with some clock functions, not the other way around. If the cons are not a deal breaker then go for it.

Totally disappointed
I purchased this product (Xech alarm clock) from Amazon on July 20, 2025, approximately 5 months ago; I only used it as a table clock, not as an alarm clock or Bluetooth speaker. I followed all the charging and other instructions given in the manual completely. After only 5 months of use, the display started malfunctioning (individual segments forming the digits began to disappear). I contacted the brand via mobile but no response. I also sent an email to support@xech.com on 22/12/2025 but no reply received till now. Then I contacted Amazon, but they said that this product has no warranty and therefore did not register my complaint. I am completely disappointed.
