Used it for one year. If you want your phone for basic call receiving and internet, this one is fine. After updating the phone became very slow and apps crashed. So overall if you want a cheap lightweight small android phone, this one is fine. Otherwise buy expensive one for better usage.

Extremely Faulty Product and Frustrating Customer Support!
I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Go from Amazon, and the experience has been unacceptable. The phone had three major issues out of the box –1- Receiver doesn’t work – callers can’t hear me. 2- Device is from 2020 – outdated stock. 3- IMEI mismatch – the number on the device doesn’t match the box. When I contacted Amazon support, I was endlessly bounced between agents and “specialists, experts & special technical tam” repeating my issue each time with no resolution. The support team was useless, and attempts to get a return link via WhatsApp failed repeatedly. I even went to a Redmi service center, but they refused help due to the outdated model.Despite being a Prime customer, the phone arrived late and Amazon has still not resolved the issue. This was a simple case that turned into a frustrating, time-wasting ordeal. Very disappointed.

I wanted to get the device because it stated that device is running 7.1 but in actuality the device is running 8.1 OS please upgrade the device info details.
