To start with i am an audiophile ! I have a a number of speakers in my collection and all premium brands like harman / jbl / Polk etc…And amongst bt speakers I have jbl charge 3 &4 and a jbl encore essential ! And trust me the moment I received this xiaomi unit and tested it I was blown away by the price to performance ratio ! I bought it for 3299 , just missed the sale where it was for 2999 and now its retailing for 3999 so keep watching the price ! This is an amazing speaker , it looks good sounds premium has plenty of bass and when I say bass I mean rich bass its not very deep not very boomy just perfect and it gets really loud , put it at one corner of room preferably at floor or anything wooden like a table ! This speaker is worth every penny no speaker can even come close to the sound quality and loudness it has to offer !And trust me if you wanna buy a speaker under 5k that’s portable loud and sounds good , this is the one ! I was mesmerized just looking at it and thinking how can they pack so much punch and clarity in a speaker at this price and form factor ! Overall 10/10 ! One more thing speakers do get better with time ( burn-in ) my verdict – just go for it and you’ll not regret ! Battery back up is phenomenal too !

Awesome 👌 sound clarity, looks, features and output. Connects effortlessly to any bluetooth device like laptop or mobile. Quality and the price point for this product can easily destroy JBL and sony priced at 8-10k for a similar product with some additional features like lighter with better waterproofing. A bit heavy but justifying the cost.

The inbuilt sound equalizer is not well enough to calculate proper frequencies, sometime the sound will rise and sometime it will drop in the track playing.The bass is okay, not as punchy as JBL. Good performance and sound quality when using the sound at 60-70%.Cannot compare with JBL, The JBL signature sound is the thing which makes it very different than other products and the JBL bass is far better than this product.The Size is nice and battery life is also decent with quick charging.Don’t fall for the rumour JBL killer, Its like Nothing said to be Iphone killer but in reality you can see the difference.May the company releases good products with better optimization and quality.
