Battery issue
The Zeb Country 5 Plus Bluetooth speaker has decent sound, but the battery performance is disappointing. It drains very fast and doesn’t charge fully, even after keeping it plugged in for hours. Because of this, I can’t use it properly. I would appreciate a replacement or a refund if possible, since the product isn’t working as expected.

This product is cheap quality but best and audio quality also best I don’t know how was battery long but battery was the correct I have a new buy from Amazon and play the three hours on 1st charge 50% charge has reduce

Loudness is bad..
Sound loudness is not that much expected, at the volume of 80% the loudness is accepted,so the battery drains faster,bass is also not great as it has passive radiator, to turn off the RGP light it take around 2 minutes as we need to hold the mode button for 2mins then only the RGP turns off, so is dismantled the speaker and removed the RGP light out,it is very easy to repair..As of my opinion, if you have electrical knowledge you can buy and customise as your wise , if not then check other..
